Weba dental bone spur is a sharp bone sticking out of gum that forms along the jawbone or inside the mouth cavity. It is sometimes referred to as oral bone spur or oral exostoses. Webdental bone spurs (also known as bone spicules) are small bone pieces that become dislodged from the surrounding tissue but are still trapped in your gums.
